Ok - so I admit that the name of my blog is a bit crude. But, if you were a dog, you wouldn't think that it was crude. You would think that it was an invitation to shake hands. Really. When dogs smell each other's behinds, they are checking out the competition and getting to know the other animal. We might find it a bit strange or too familiar - but we aren't animals.
And that, after all, is the point of this blog. Who are these creatures called dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and more? What is the best breed of dog to welcome into a family? How do you train a dog? Where can you donate your money to if you love animals and want to help them?
These are a few of the many questions that I will try to answer here. I love animals. And I'm quite familiar with them and their nature. And, since so many people want to have animals as pets, why not address these issues and help people to make the right decisions for themselves, and for the potential pet?
